About Me

Introduction:

My name is Blake Hanchett. I am a Member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I'm 16 years old, and attend Castle View High School, where I play basketball, and volleyball.

Inspiration:

It's always been a goal of mine to customize and create. So I've finally started my first clothing brand called "The LIGHT" inspired by one of my favorite scriptures, Matthew 5:16, which invites us to "Let your LIGHT so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven." I hope this platform will provide me and many others with opportunities to share our light; the Light of Jesus Christ.

Information:

The first collection of my brand is called "Wear His Name." This collection features some of my personal favorite names of Jesus Christ as referenced throughout the Bible. Including Emmanuel, the Prince of Peace, the Lamb of God, and several more. I hope that as we "Wear His Name" we will each be better representatives of the love and ministry of our Savior Jesus Christ.

Goal:

I am a representative of Jesus Christ. In two years I will be serving a full time mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, where I will continue to "Wear His Name" and share His gospel around the world. I plan to dedicate the earnings of this brand to further my discipleship and cover the costs of my two-year missionary service.
